Finally, we met up for a gathering over dinner at Holland Village.
After much waiting for people to turn up, the growling stomachs of everyone had decided to find seats at Pizza for Friends for the dinner. Alfresco dining may be of very good ambience but the weather was too warm to handle.
We then headed to Gelare for cooling desserts and chit-chatted.
It was great to know everyone is having something on in their lifes. The guys in the army, and the ladies in the academic world - studying.
We made fun of one another.Laugh.Pictures and more pictures.Talks of army life.Navy divers.Guards.Networking.Officers.Commando.Attitude.Beach-boy.And many more.
Then we headed to Paragon to meet up with our juniors. Found a friendly place to sit down, chit-chat and drink beverages. Cool place, weird manager. haha. Well, the drinks may be very descriptive in the menu, but as we tasted them, we realised that we were all fooled by the flowery words in the menu. haha.
We had fun. More memories to hold on to. We may not be as bonded as what we are supposed to be, i am glad that we are all making an effort to make gatherings a success.
Hopefully, we will have more outings and have other activities together.
Next on mind.. steamboat at christine's place or KTV? hehe! :)
