Finally, I managed to lay my hands on a book by Paulo Coelho, a writer from Brazil.
His second newest novel - Eleven Minutes.
Life-inspiring story that captivates your soul and triggers your brain to ponder about your own life and how you look at it.
Often, we are exposed to choices and doubtful of the risks involved.
"Eleven Minutes" speaks about a beautiful lady from Brazil who has been pooled into the prostitution ring and how she manages to improve her soul.
She sees her life very differently from her other counterparts.
This serious fiction involves very intriguing content. Interesting..
An extract from the book,
"I can choose either to be a victim of the world or an adventurer in search of treasure.
It's all a question of how I view my life."
This sentence may spell simple words, but it explains the real fact that how our life will evolve depends on ourselves. How we think, how we act and how we perceive things.
Being optimistic in life enables a person to be happier, more successful in life.
In my terms, "success" does not only mean material gains but also, the spiritual gains.
Fuelling our lives with soulful inputs that aid us in improving our soul and thoughts.
This is definitely not easy, cause if so, then everyone on Earth will be so perfect.
If everyone is the same, then how do we realise the otherwise?
At some point of life, there are certain events that had happened and we wished that they never exists.
But have we paused a moment and think, if not for those 'unfortunate' events, would I have grown to be more careful in our actions or more mature in our thoughts?
We should all seek to be better persons by searching the essence of life.
Self-pitiness will not bring us far, instead it will cause us to halt the pursuit of life-enriching adventures.
We should learn to be the BIG man in the SMALL universe.
And not the other way round.
