It has been some time since I last blogged.
I had been pretty busy with my schedule past few weeks and often,
I was quite tired and had no idea what to start on.
Well, my hall's FOC was quite successful.
From opening ceremony to initiation to games to cheers to fright night to speedy race to sp night to closing ceremony,
my OG - Hermes grew from a shy group to a very loud one..
I had fun and so did everybody.
During the camp, I had my bad moments too.
Times when I felt that I haven't help my OG to be a better one put me into tears.
Probably I put too much pressure on myself. Had a talk with a senior and I realised that our OG wasn't that bad afterall. That was comforting.
But as a GL, you'll want the best for your OG right?
However, I made lots of new friends and they are all very entertaining and interesting! :)
After FOC, school started.
Yea, now we are in the midst of the re-opening of school term.
This semester ain't going to be easy. A 5-day week and 21Aus for the whole semester with challenging modules. I cannot see an easy life. hahar.
As for canoe-polo,
our competition is coming up next week.
And, I was wondering how are the helmets and team shirts/rash guards going on.
We recruited a number of people/freshies during the eca recruitment drive.
Hopefully people stay on and make NTU-canoepolo a stronger team.
Training-wise, I wan to see improvement in my shielding and turning.
Need to work so damn hard, caz I don't want to let the team down.. :)
As for my honey-baby,
due to trainings on (tues,fri and sun), I always missed his calls on these days.
After trainings and looking at the missed calls, I felt so distraught.
I really need to talk to my dear caz I need to hear from him that he is doing well and update on each other's life.
Even if the conversation was only a mere 5 minutes, I'm very satisfied already.
It is better than none.
He'll be booking out this weekend in the evening.
Can't wait to see him and give him the tightest bear hug ever!
