I have finally decided to catch this theatre with a friend of mine.
So excited about this theatre.
I missed it the first time round, and i shall not miss it again!
this would be my 3rd visit to esplanade theatre.
my first visit was to watch oliver twist.
and i love it, although we were sitting all the way at the back at level 4.
second visit was to watch the sound of music with dear. and i love it even more.
And now,
it is to watch forbidden city!
I don't know what's in the house, but I can expect it to be fantastic!
I still remember why I enjoy watching theatre..
I was so engrossed in the first play - Chang & Eng during secondary school.
Watched it at Kallang Theatre.
Though the seats were uncomfortable, I was enjoying the dance, singing & stage play.
Brilliant!
From then on,
I try to watch music theatres whenever I have the extra cash.
Hah. Then I watched Miss Saigon!
That was one of a brilliant piece too. So glad that I didn't miss it.
But these plays are so expensive.
I mean, now there is student price & discounts, so it is still quite affordable.
They should make it more affordable to students so that we can enjoy such plays with better seats.
Ah. Can't wait for 26 Sept! :P
