I promised him that I will treat him to a nice dinner and celebration for his 21st.
But the weather has to turn against me and it was raining and pouring the whole day.
I was stubborn with my choice of dining,
which is "My Secret Garden" at Middle Road.
It is situated beside NAFA new campus.
To get to the restaurant, there is no shelter from NAFA.
Nonetheless, we had a small umbrella.
It was really sweet to hold on to him and brave through the rain and the puddles of rainwater on the ground. :P
Thankfully, he loved the place alot.
We hardly do formal dining. So I thought, it'll be nice to bring him somewhere proper.
Secret garden has a nice romantic and cosy dining setting.
With a tealight on the dining table and Christmas settings all over the restaurant, not forgetting the rain, everything set in nicely!
The food was tasty, the red & white wine was great and the ambience is excellent!
It's all worth the money!
But what makes all the trouble worthwhile was dear's so-charming-smile when he received
his present! :D
I tried to keep it a surprise but once again, I failed.
I let the cat out of the bag. I'm so silly!
After dinner, I wanted to bring him to Ricciotti for dessert.
This place serves excellent tiramisu and chocolate cakes!
But the rain was heavy.. so we had to change our plans.
I will still bring him there one day!
Well, at the end of the day...
He enjoyed. I enjoyed. We enjoyed!
