"Love is patient,
love is kind.
It does not boast,
it is not proud.
It is not rude,
it is not self-seeking,
it is not easliy angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. It always protects,
always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails."
1 Cor 13:4-8

"Ideal love is fostered only between two sincere, mature and independent people.
It is the inner struggle to polish these attributes that is the key. Real love is not two people clinging to each other; it can only be fostered between two strong people secure in their individuality."
-Ikeda Sensei, Wisdom of Words

Gatherings..

I love gatherings with friends.
Especially those whom you hardly meet up with or contact with.
Gatherings bring people closer than before, allowing people to catch up.
Laughters, jokes, nonsense and of course, old memories.
Recollection of the past tells us how much we have grown.
The two sides of life.
Real and unreel.

1. powerpuff (and norman)

Met Aud for dinner at Thai Express at PS.
Then we went on to meet Cab & Norman for boardgames at Mind's Cafe.
I was so unhappy with their service!
I had made a reservation for 9pm.
And, when I was there, they pushed back my reservation to 930pm.
Just because the earlier people were late.
So, we decided to jump to next door's, Hark Music Cafe.
That place was great!
Live music by people who can sing (and dare to sing).
The ambience, the crowd and the service blend in together nicely!

2. SR canoeing mates

We were supposed to meet during CNY.
But time goes by and the gathering confirmation was not fruitful.
So, I called them out for a gathering.
Dinner @ Holland V. And then, proceed to Wala.
But, the weather was not very kind to us.
By the drizzling rain, we settled for our gathering at Breko,
just opposite Wala.
Food was fantastic too!
I brought along poker cards and we started games like..
"murderer", "happy family" and "dai-dee"!
That night was great to see people making the effort to appear.
Everyone is so pre-occupied with their own life.
So much so, we may forget to ask one another..
"How's life going on?"
But, it is moment like this that we share our live story..

3. Course mates

Met up twice past two weeks to celebrate March babies' birthdays.
It was, once again, food galore!
First was at Chomp Chomp at Serangoon Garden,
next was at Dian Xiao Er at Vivo.
yummy yummy!
For this semester, we are all in IA.
Thus, lesser time to hang out.
Unlike in school, where we hang around the canteen during break,
for a game or two. :P
This bunch of people are really a sweet lot.
Really appreciate their effort in making this friendship so strong!

Thanks peepz! :D
