happy national day!
i was so in awe with the stage design and water features.
this year's ndp was simply one of the world's first!
though i didn't quite understand some of the displays,
i loved the display with the neon remote-controlled kites!
that display was so cool! great job with the co-ordination!
but my fav was the song performance by Kit Chan.
I still think that she sings the best national day songs!
i was so touched with the song..
despite all the big famous landmarks overseas, it is still best at home!
i love sg!!

gathering with the canoeists on 8 augthis is a tradition left behind by our (very) old seniors...
it is, supposedly, an annual gathering day where all the sr canoeist batches will come together and recollect the good old times.
it serves as a day to know the new people too.
but, for this year, the annual dinner has been postponed to 18 aug.
so, we had our own fun within our own batch! :)
till today,
i'm still missing the tough times that i had gone through with them.
it was through this bonding journey that helped us to survive the difficult times.
i miss the prep-talk by mr. bernard tan and/or coach and/or seniors.
i miss the gym workout at the fitness corner.
i miss the shouts, the laughters, the cries, the hugs, the kallang shed.

but i know you aren't that far away!
this journey that we are undertaking now may be a tough one.
but i know,
our love is built with an abundance of patience, understanding, faith, love and respect.
however the journey may be..

to undertake 4 tuition assignments.
more cash, less personal time.
the only personal time that i can foresee would be..
travelling time on the train to boon lay and late night..
but, if i'm hardworking, those time would be tutorial/journal reading.
i think yr 4 is all about getting haggard.
sleep late. wake up early. pimples. puffy eyes.
i think im nuts.

i love to shop at forever21.
especially during the early afternoon in the weekdays.
haha. I hate it when it is overcrowded during the weekends.
between vivo and wisma, i think the former provides a better shopping experience! :P
